Professional Chocolate Making Class
Duration: 1 Day (9am-4pm)

Starting with an introduction to fine chocolates and a tasting adventure, the day is hands on. It begins with learning how to create an award winning tasting ganache. Marble tempering will be demonstrated and you will have the opportunity to learn how to temper chocolate accurately. Creating truffles, rolling, coating and decorating will be covered providing an opportunity to learn and develop a range of professional finishing techniques.

A Truffle Master class: You will experience the making of truffles by demonstrations and practical activities to make and decorate a range of truffles from a number of prepared ganaches. The session will be fun and practical.
On the evenings, the chocolatier is at work. We will greet and give an introduction and short talk to provide context to our business, the processes and products we create and to explain the wine and chocolate pairing. Then the next part of the evening is less formal and provides an opportunity to enjoy a glass of wine, to see the chocolatier at work, ask questions informally and enjoy each other's company. Further glasses of our Speciality wine are available to purchase as are any products from the shop.
£15 per person (minimum 20 people). Including a glass of a gourmet wine and a tasting of some of our different chocolate creations that we specially make for the evenings. The wine we have sourced is a sparkling white gourmet wine from the South of France, made from Chardonnay grapes and natural extracts of cacao and hazelnuts. We have found it to be very popular and unusual, served in champagne flutes.
