Happy New Year 2025

Although we say it every year, I have to admit that this Christmas period truly was the most wonderfully busy of them all! Thank you to all of our customers for choosing to make Hill St. a part of your Christmas celebrations. From crafting baubles and Santa hats to wrapping chocolates boxes of all shapes and sizes, we certainly had fun getting everything ready for the big day.

But now 2025 has arrived! Funnily enough, the beginning of the New Year often feels as busy as the run up to Christmas. After a well-deserved break, our chocolatiers are now back in the kitchen preparing all of the chocolates for our Saffron Walden and Cambridge stores. Having been back in our Saffron Walden store myself after Christmas, it has been lovely to catch up with some friendly faces both in the shop and the lounge!

There are plenty of things to look forward to this year at Hill St. and I can’t wait to share what we will be working on very soon. Do keep an eye out on both our website and our Instagram page for all your Hill St. related news, and make sure to come in store to see what we are getting up to!
