UK Mainland Delivery

Orders are dispatched Mon-Fri on a tracked delivery. Our online store covers UK Mainland, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.  Orders are sent via Royal Mail with delivery within 2-3 days.  During busy seasonal periods delivery can be up to 4 working days.

We are currently unable to deliver internationally.

 

Click and Collect

All click and collect orders are free and the products ordered are available to collect the next working day. If you require a same day collection please telephone the store to see if collection is possible. Visit our contact page for opening hours and contact numbers. Please specify if you are collecting from Saffron Walden or Cambridge.

Please enter the code ‘COLLECTION’ at checkout to identify to us that you are choosing a collection and it will remove any associated delivery costs.

Cambridge collections are Friday and Saturdays only.

 

Delivery Note

All deliveries will only occur on working days (Mon - Fri), excluding bank holidays. Unfortunately we are not responsible for a failed delivery if no one is available to accept the parcel and the parcel is returned to the sorting office. Parcels are delivered Monday-Friday between 08:00am and 6:00pm.
